Great gratitude journal
This gratitude journal is a great way to end my day on a positive note. The prompts are thought provoking and over time help increase my positivity. I like that that prompts are short and easy to do, but different on each page.

A perfect gift or jumpstart to healthy
This book has helped me sooo much! The layout if very well put together. Its so short and I love how there's a space for the date so you can go back and read things you put before. The quotes at the bottom are also a great touch to help keep your head up and inspired to continue to also we grateful! Such a great book for anyone struggling to look at the positive. It forces you to do so.

The prompts are short and thoughtful, so it only takes a few minutes to fill out, but it really helps shift your mindset in a positive way. The layout is clean, and the size makes it easy to keep on a nightstand or desk. A great tool for mindfulness and self-care.

Not the best, not the worst, useful for staying focused on the positive in life.
What do I like? The prompts for each day, they challenge me to think in a way I might not otherwise. The short format; if it were a long journal page, I might not do it. The little sayings at the top and bottom of each page. What don't I like? Some of these prompts assume I have a good day or that I can feel positive about myself. Some days, that is simply not the case. I have only used it for about ten days, so I haven't run into the repetitiveness others have mentioned, though the same questions are asked in different ways already.I ordered more anyway. I will share with friends, especially those who don't like journaling but would like to give it a try. I have another journal with prompts, but they are the same prompts for every single day; I like that one for different reasons. If I have a prompt that I can't answer for that day, I try to think of a time when it did apply. It's ok to look back and remember something that may be encouraging or helpful today. Also, it today was a really bad day, I write that but look for anything that was positive: a text from a friend, a card in the mail, a phone call, sunshine, and the more broad categories like the ability to read and write. An additional way that I use this is to add a bible verse on each page that goes along with the saying(s) on that page. This helps me to stay in the bible, and I like finding that there are verses that neatly match those sayings. When I'm stumped on a prompt, sometimes the answer can be found in that verse. Just a thought :)One final thought: I think it's entirely appropriate to write that I just can't answer that prompt today. Perhaps it's too painful, perhaps it's an area I struggle with and am overwhelmed, or in some way it doesn't "fit me" today. How can that help? I like to re-read what I've written every few days, and I can see the struggle and then - hopefully - the progress.

Easy to follow
I like the idea of the prompts. They repeat themselves after a while but that is ok. Life changes and new experiences happen. I’ll be getting it again when I fill this one up.

Great Reflections
Love this journal. I wanted a gratitude journal that had a mix of prompts instead of just the same “list 3 things you’re grateful for” over and over. While I have noticed some of the prompts do repeat, it’s not something that I feel detracts from the journal, and there is typically enough space between prompts that it would seem more like Deja vu.

The 5-minute gratitude journal
This little gratitude book is fantastic! For such a small price, it’s an absolute steal. I really appreciate the thoughtful prompts—each day offers a different set of statements that truly make me reflect. I love writing in it. Often, after I finish the day’s entry, I feel so inspired that I continue journaling in more detail on my own. It’s a great tool for personal growth. I really hope the author creates a 2.0 version. Thank you, Sophia Godkin!
