The lachha was soggy and not fresh. Have ordered it multiple times before and this s the first time that it has turned out to be like this. Please issue a refund.

Broken seal
The product seal was broken. We accepted the product as it was covered with packing paper. Only when we removed the paper we realised that the seal was broken. And it is clearly mentioned that DO NOT ACCPET IF SEAL BROKEN. It is a non returnable product
