PAW Patrol, Ryder’s Interactive Pup Pad with 18 Sounds, for Kids Aged 3 and Up

This Is a great paw patrol toy for the fans out there my little boy loves it

Without the Paw Patrol branding, equivalent items are likely to be found in the discount section of Pounland. The toy is very simple. There's a wheel that spins to choose character. Each character plays one sound. There's a slideout tray with a button. When you press that it plays a Ryder sound. That's it. There's no variations, no interactivity and even the character sounds aren't always the popular catchphrases. As a parent I was massively disappointing for spending £15 on this toy. HOWEVER, despite it's simplicity, the place where the toy overcomes all of it's shortcomings are in it's target audience. For a 4 year old Paw Patrol fan it is amazing. The idea that they can be Ryder and take the pups on missions opens a world of possibility. It's a toy that has not left her side since the moment she's got it, she's been on many missions both nonsense, and helpful (Pups, we need to clean this room and prepare space for Kate plane to land!). The lack of sounds and variety makes no difference, just the familiar voice of her favourite Pup pals is enough. So, even though an adult might think it's cheap overpriced tat, for a child it means much more and I begrudgling offer my 5 stars to the toy maker. Well played.

My son wanted this for his 4th birthday and despite not normally buying plastic tat for him, this year we decided to get him this toy he really wanted. He loves Paw Patrol and wanted this to be like Ryder, but it really doesn't do anything. Not a toy I'd normally buy, and has ended up in his role play box for when he wants to play that game. To me, it's not worth the money (I'd probably have been fine if it was £2 in a Charity shop), but my son has really loved it for the last 4 weeks, though it does nothing. I'm sure in another 4 weeks it'll be at the bottom of the role play box and forgotten about, but it was lovely to see his happy little face when he had it for his birthday. If you buy it for a Paw Patrol fan, knowing it does nothing, I'm sure you'll be pleased with it.

my little girl absolutely loved this.. made her imagination go wild.. is it worth £20 mmm maybe not however worth her smile definately… it’s very durable, sounds a very recognisable from the programme again lovely feature highly recommend for 3-4 years

My 3 year old asked me to get this for him for ages. He was so excited when he first saw it then after a few presses he said it’s boring. He was expecting some kind of screen interaction like a tablet or phone and I agreed with the previous buyer who thinks it’s not worth the money for just pressing a few buttons for some sounds and yes I wouldn’t mind pay a couple of of £ for it in a charity shop. Maybe for children younger than 3 perhaps

Great toy for the little one he really enjoys the role play aspect with using it pretending to be Ryder.

Very handy and ideal

It's really great. My 3 year old grandson immediately turned to me after opening it and said "I Ryder" with the he biggest smile on his face. A real catalyst for the imagination.

Mein Sohn hat dieses Pad zu Nikolaus geschenkt bekommen und ich war der Held 😊 Genau wie in der Serie kann er nun wie Ryder die Aufträge an die Fellfreunde weiterleiten. Macht einen stabilen Eindruck, ohne sehr kleine Kleinteile. In fröhlichen Farben. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es meinerseits, da die Fellfreunde leider nur englisch sprechen.
