Quality was good earlier and these days it's not working at all. It's not colouring hair. Waste of buying expensive products

The delivery was very efficient, with precise updates about when to expect the delivery . Excellent .I had a little difficulty understanding the dispensing system of the bottle. There's a small , vertical , rectangular piece sitting over the twin outlets , and I had to work out for myself that this had to be pulled out before the twin outlets, in the cap , became visible . A good labeled diagram would have been very useful here .Another point , if a smaller sized bottle was also available , it would be nice . If after skin testing , a reaction develops , then the entire 200 ml bottle will have to be discarded .Lastly , the mixture contains no ammonia , but it contains hydrogen peroxide which I definitely wanted to AVOID . In your advertisement it's NOT mentioned that the mixture contains hydrogen peroxide .The application process is very simple , but can you possibly OMIT hydrogen peroxide from the mixture during the manufacturing process ? If so , PLEASE do let me know because then I would like to continue using this product . Thanks in advance .

I have been coloring my hair since ages (literally -:) had grey hair at a very young age due to side effects of something which I still haven't been able to figure out).I've tried henna & hair color of multiple varieties & brands and finally settled down on a particular brand of hair color & shade. I recently saw Keragain ad and thought of giving it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of application with no unpleasant smell or stain on skin. For short hair the color easily lasts 2 weeks. It also gives a good texture to my hair which I have not experienced with other products. The seller claims the ingredients to be mostly vegan in nature which is good.Serum that comes in the package is also of good quality and helps in hair styling and conditioning.Areas of improvement:1. Price could be a little lower.2. Overall packaging is good but the gloves could be packed better.

It is good product but not safe product , I got allergies.,really it is giving itching sensation and rashes don't Go for it people who are allergic It is not at all safe. But gives good colour to hair.
