Yes it does. As a matter of fact, it works with any meeting/conference application available today. Current windows drivers support it also. It is one of the best investments I made years ago. I hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Is this able to record up to 60 frames per second?

I think it is only 30 frames a second. But it is really a good camera for the money. I have two of them and may get two more.

is this camera usb 3.0 or 2.0?

USB 3.0 has the capability of backwards compatibility. That means USB products which support 1.0 up to 3.0 can be used on this bandwidth. I hope this helps you.
