Did not fit
This did not fit my 2005 F150 5.4L 3v. I struggled to get it installed and then the bracket did not line up for it to be bolted on. I ordered an OEM one from Ford, compared it to the Dorman and it was not the same shape, I had the Ford tube installed in less than 10 minutes. Dorman usually is a good product but this is not one of them.

Issue with the fit
The oil disptick tube would not fit into the hole on the engine block that it was designed for. after hours of frustration of trying to install this tube and assuming that the angle of the tube was bent incorrectly, I finally put a micrometer on the old Ford OEM dipstick tube and compared it to this new dipstick and found that the new one was larger. I found that they had applied so much paint to the outside of the dipstick tube that it made the outside diameter too large. After I sanded off most of the paint, it went right in. Overall the tube is great and fit as needed after I sanded off the paint, but the manufacturer needs to do a better job on the quality control for the correct fit.

Good Quality by a lot of work
Part is tapered differently than OE part. You have to spend a lot of time removing material to get it to fit. I ended up messing it up and bought one from local Ford Dealership
