Its resistance band
I bought it to do some form of exercise to put stress between inner thighs. But hold on it is not mint for that, so there are different kind of bands for different forms of exercise. However , I must say it is good product (considering the price) we can add some more variation in our regulars floor exercises. it is little soft , good for teen agers and females. equivalent pull force marked on it is between 15-30 kgs. I have body weight of 83kgs, I put some more fold and use it in my warming up session. I am going to buy one more to do some reps by both the hands.

Excellent quality. Received compact, lightweight, easy to use, strong and durable resistance band. Although packaging seemed bit cheaper quality. But the belt quality is satisfactory
