If use twice a day, will last 2.5-3 months

Can it be applied to the under eyes region for dark circles?

I don't. Strivecin has eye cream for that area. In my opinion it is safer, I use eye cream with retinol and it did improve my dark circles. Also face yoga Helped my dark circles big time. (you tube - lymphatic drainage for face)

I live in 80 degree weather. Does it need to be refrigerated?

I live in the south. I don't refrigerate it. Using it for almost a year. It works for me, huge difference in my skin. Although, having it cool would be refreshing but not necessary

Does it lighten age spots

My mum uses it and she said it does a little and she is 85yrs old.

Just wow! My sister came to an event and her skin was GLOWING. I asked her what she was using and she said she was using this so I purchased it. When I tell you this stuff is amazingggg.... I started just using it under my eyes because that is my problem spot and within a week I saw a huge improvement. I have tried a lot of different products.. expensive products.. cheap products.. medical grade products... etc and this is my favorite so far. Seriously try it.

USED- Buyer Beware

USED!!!!! Beware. I bought 4 of these as they were on sale. Every one of them is used. For information a new bottle comes with a lid that is sealed with a Strivectin tape and the dropper is stored in the side of the box next to the instructions. All 4 of these boxes had the dropper inside the bottle.
