8 to 16 oz. depending on how strong you like your tea.

How many oz. of water is added to a canister?

To make one gallon of tee, I use 1 1/4 cups (68 fl ounces) of the tee mix. It tastes fine. Hope this helps. My preference is the sugar free, 0 calories per serving in 0.28 packets that make 2 quarts. However, I’m finding it almost impossible to to find this. Don’t know what’s going on!

What “ assorted teas” are in this?

I don’t think they specified. I was disappointed. I bought it because green tea is good for you but this has lots of sugar and additives and didn’t taste like green tea.

How many gallons will 1 canister make ?

I purchased the the individual sticks, which I add to 16 ounces of water. Don’t know how much of the canister makes a gallon. Sorry 🥴
