Easy to swallow and safe
This is my new favourite vitamin D tablet because it doesn't contain titanium dioxide which he ESFA has now classed as unsafe for use in food. Well done to High Nature for avoiding this toxin.The tablets are actually very soft, tiny and easy to swallow. They're like bubbles containing a liquid.

Vitamin D3 with Carrageenan
This product contains carrageenan witch is not great. Google for further info. Banned in some countries and the as declared possibly not safe.

The price is very reasonable
I use it to boost my immune system also it's very easy to swallow

Unopened jar is only a quarter full
Very disappointed. Why do the manufacturers only fill the jar a quarter full (see photos of an unopened jar). It’s ridiculous.
