Tremendous!
Amazing optic, amazing price. Very well built, crystal clear. Etched glass is flawless, even on the brightest setting there is no washout. I will def. make this purchase again for my other rifles! This gets a 10 out of 10. Price is low considering the quality. They nailed it with the midas. 3x magnification, brings in the 200 to 300 yds. range rather easily. If your on the fence, get off. And order this prism scope.

Will buy again
Excellent reticle and build quality. Eye relief on 3x scopes like this is unheard of.

Buttons died after light use
It was great until the buttons died the second time I used it. Athlon was very responsive and willing to take care of it, but who wants to give money to have someone ship something to you, then you ship it back, then they ship it back weeks later just to get it right? I think getting it right the first time is the better option.

Pretty good
I ordered this to try a different optic than what i usually use. My first impression is that it is easy to use and definitely worth the money.

Great optic from a great company. Lifetime warranty always a +
This is one of the best prism optics I have ever used. A little on the heavy side, but most prism optics are. Glass is incredibly clear, holds zero after thousands of rounds, and seems to be extremely durable. I used this optic in a tactical response rifle class and it performed perfectly. With practice, close up targets are east to acquire, and you can easily reach out to 400 yards and beyond without issue. Not sure why this hasn't caught on yet, but I assume it's because Athlon hasn't spent a crazy amount of money advertising. If you're on the fence, just buy you one. You will not regret it.

Amazing value.
All of my rifles have Vortex optics. Two of my AR's have the first generation Vortex Spitfire 3X prismatic optic, which I absolutely love. I just built two new rifles, and was looking for optics. Since the first generation Spitfire 3X is no longer available, and after doing some homework, I decided to give this one a shot. I have to say, at almost $100 lower in price, the Athlon TSP3 is every bit as good as the Vortex Spitfire 3X. Crystal clear, lightweight, and sturdy. Very pleased with this optic.

Didn’t use it, but seemed great.
It didn’t fit my Henry big boy 45/70 well, so I didn’t keep it. But when I had it it seemed real nice. I would have kept it if I had something to put it on. Real crisp, great field of view, clear, really liked the reticle.

Better than red-dot.
TSP3 reticle has 1MOA dot and could be used without background illumination during daytime. 20MOA circle allows a fast target acquisition.Inward sloped body allows to mount a scope close to the iron backup sight, i.e. as close to the back as possible.Mount allows to put a scope back to the same position without loosing a "zero" (indeed a quick disconnect would be better).3X magnification is not too big for short distance and sufficient enough on medium ranges up to 300 yards. From cons - adjustment turrets have almost non-distinguishable clicks so you can easily go over the desired number. There is no "go back to zero" feature and no realtime adjustment of the windage/elevation.
