The listing states size is "without towel bar" Does this include the wire / bar as shown in all the photos or not??

One of the designs has a bottom towel bar. The top bar is a safety bar to keep things from falling off, not a towel bar. The measurements are the glass itself. I was very pleased with the easy of installing and the quality of the shelf.

What color is the glass?

It's clear glass. I love mine. Ordered two of them

Can this be installed on glass tile?

The tile installer installed the two glass shelves as he was tiling. The shelves go in between the tiles and grouting covers the installation. I did not see specifics only the finished product which is beautiful.

Can they be installed without drilling holes in the tiles, so that water won't seep through the holes?

This one did not come with an option other than screwing it in but I have gotten other floating shelves that are no screw. Search for floating shelf no holes and it should come up. I installed those in my shower and so far they’re holding perfectly.
