I recently started using Fast&Up Plant Protein (new formula) and honestly, it’s pretty good. It mixes smoothly, doesn’t taste chalky like most plant proteins, and feels light on the stomach. I like that it has 26g protein per serving plus digestive enzymes and probiotics, so no bloating or weird heaviness. It’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and clean overall. If you’re thinking of switching to a plant protein, this one’s definitely worth trying.

This protein tastes delicious and comes with a scoop that makes easy to use . quality of the proteins is really good and it’s easy to digest.

Protein shakes are a medical necessity for me due to a surgery so I’ve been drinking them for quite a few years now. I’ve tried a few plant based protein powders due to my whey and lactose intolerance. The cookies and cream flavour tastes decent with water. Definitely better than anything else I’ve tried so far, save for Huel black edition, which isn’t available in India. Don’t expect any miracles, but at-least I don’t gag when I try to drink it. The amount of protein per serving is pretty competitive with whey based shakes too. The shake mixes very well in a shaker even if I add 5gms of creatine to it. I get some bloating if I drink it too fast though but this is common with all plant based shakes for me. I think it is slightly expensive but as of now, it seems to be the best tasting option on the market.

Very good in Taste and it really helps to recover your muscles. It has great health benefits like it gives you instant energy and taste is really good. It’s not harmful because it is planned based protein.

Bro, the texture is grainy and when you mix it with water in your shaker at least for 1 min and drink it, it forms a thick creamy layer in the mouth like you just eaten some ghee and lumps are visible in the drink, which gives a very unpleasant taste and texture. As for the taste itself, it feels like you're eating raw vegetables — and you'll even feel that weird smell in your burps. I’m honestly scared I might end up with gas or vomiting by evening. This was my first time trying it, mixed one full flat scoop with 300ml of water, and after consuming within 5 minutes I felt full — now I’m experiencing bloating too. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations at all, I was expecting it to be tasty, easy to mix and light to my gut, but it disappointed me. So here I’m giving it only 1 star out of 5. In my opinion it's Not worth of your money! Now I have heard that "at this price point the NakPro is providing Vegan Plant protein far better than this". ( I will update this review when I use my Fast&up plant protein for atleast 1 week) Ok so here is the update after finishing it completely. (After 2-3 months of buying it) Whatever I said previously about mixing it with water will remain same. But to not waste my money i tried to make a smoothie by adding 250ml packet milk + banana + some raw oats and one scoop of this protein. After blending it perfectly in the mixer. The taste was better than mixing it with water and it was like you are drinking Parle-G biscuit dissolving it with milk Lol. So it was decent in taste and texture, i managed to consume it sometimes regularly and sometimes after taking gap for few days. But that doesn't mean you should buy it. I did this all just to finish it and never buy it again. I bought it thinking that it would be light to my gut, but i was wrong. Now will directly buy whey protein. Thank you for reading

I like the flavour of this plant protein. I consuming it with shake. It helps in fulfilling my daily protein intake. Does not cause bloating and easy to digest. Overall very good product.

It's really Delicious Chocolate flavoured plant protein. One thing i really like that it is vegan and gluten free with no added sugar in it. just pure protein
