Shorted me on this item. Not happy

Ive read many of the reviews and believe some dont understand its use. FACT: There is plenty of product in the packet for 2 people. FACT: It does have some glycerin that feels a slight bit sticky while drying but once completely dry the stikiness goes away. FACT: The Lavender scent is not overpowering but does leave a pleasant scent once dry but you have to stick your nose up to your hand to smell it afterwards. So, once you squeeze out what you need and apply it properly per instructions on packet, wave your hands around to speed up the drying process. Read the back label and follow the instructions. I think it works beautifully and does add a bit of softness to the feel of your hands. The very very slight fragrance is a bonus.

Pros:The product itself is great!After you rub it on your hands, it gives a relaxing scent of Lavender. It contains 70 percent of Alcohol (will kill viruses according to CDC). Sizing is slightly wider than a ketchup packet. Perfect for keeping in your pocket, purse, lunch boxes, goodie bags and use during travels. I purchased them to tape onto bags of snacks/chips for our delivery people.Cons: On my first order: I only received 229 packets out of 250. I had to used rubber bands to make stacks of 10 and counted it 3 times. This is because they come individually in a large box. Fortunately Amazon has a great customer service and gave me full refund. On my second order (which was ordered the same day as my first order), I received 252 out of 250. Hmmm...there needs to be better quality control on the quantity.Hence I took away a star for quality control and give it 4 stars for the product itself and for Amazon’s great customer service!!I recommend this product but just count the quantity when you get it to make sure there’s no miscount from the seller. It’s important to get what you paid for.

At 29 cents per packet, I paid $28.99 for 100. There was no shortage and actually received 102 packets. The cost is about 5 times higher than sanitizer gel in a squeeze bottle, but you are paying for a very convenient way to carry gel around in this pandemic. Small and compact enough to put 3 or 4 in your shirt or pants pocket. However, they only contain 2 ml. A little more gel like 3 or 4 ml would be better. But too much generally gets dripped and wasted. The gel viscosity is about right. Not too thick or runny.Gel dries a tad bit too sticky for me, but not as bad as some of the gels and towelettes I have tried. After the gel dried, the stickiness goes away, but when I washed my hands a few minutes later with soap and water, you can feel a slimy residue from the other inactive ingredients like the thickener carbomer used to make the gel which lives a dry film on your hands.Overall... I rate it 4 stars. Its expensive per millilitre, but you are paying for the convenience of a flat little packet instead of a small bottle.

Lavender "scent" would not wash off hands - left with terrible smelly hands for about 24 hrs.Unscented would be good.

Do Not Buy! They were loose in a “hair clippers” box and only HALF were in it.

The smell isn’t too strong and it fades away within minutes. These packets are great to have around the office, the car, and pretty much anywhere when you don’t want to carry the bottle of hand sanitizer. Got many many compliments from the Correctional Officers and elderly clients so I will be ordering more.
