Easy to work with
This worked out great! Didn't have an ounce of a problem! Just make sure your hands were dry. Italian sausage!

Good product
It is a struggle to get the right size casings for the right size nozzle. These are a tiny bit large for my nozzle, but I find them much easier to use than the 19mm size I was using. So far no breakouts and they hold up well. The size of the snack stick is very similar to regular size hot dog wieners. Not as thin as a slim Jim but still very suitable. Good quality and sturdy.

Good for collagen casings
You have to realize with college casings the casing itself will not stick together when you twist sausages like natural casings do. If you twist up sausages and try to cut them, they will unroll. The best way to do it is let it sit overnight and then cut them. It will still unroll a little, but it’ll stay closed at the end.

Quantity?
The picture shown , clearly shows that these casings will yield up to 30lbs of sausage.The casings I received will yield only 22lbs. I suspect that the problem is with themanufacturer and not the seller.I am not sending them back because I need them. Their quality is very good.

Excellent product
These casings are great. Roll easy off the stuffer, they don’t break easy, have a great snap to the bite but aren’t chewy. My favorite brand for snack sticks.

Awesome! Can be rehydrated in queso or salsa, but I also have a pepper mill style grinder full of it to grind over pizza, pasta, etc!
