Very cool old school looking lock. Looks great on my whiskey barrel cabinet and works as it should.

I would call this a very basic, functional decorative lock. The lock is not spring-loaded so you need to use the key to secure the lock instead of simply clicking the arm back into the hole to lock. Other than that, it is a perfect match to my bourbon barrel converted to a liquor storage cabinet.Size is relatively true to measurement. Good value for the price.

...from a distance. It's quite small and made from modern, enameled sheet steel. If you're expecting something to at least resemble cast iron, much less hand-forged steel, look somewhere else. It does function, tho.

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK!!!First time I used it, closed my locker and when I try to open it again, it was stuck. I need to use a saw or pliers to open my gym locker now. What kind of crap are they selling??
