Exactly what I was looking for
I really like it, way better than trying to wrap a gel pack on your arm. It's cold but still comfortable enough.

Perfect for my lower back injury. I ordered a large and wish I had ordered and extra-large or better. It will do though and is really helping my back.

Swelling? Go up a size
The fit runs a bit small in my opinion, I purchased for my knee and honest I should have gone up a size (because of swelling after procedure). It is easy to use (only used for ice), but because of the size running small I accidentally punctured it with my nail while pulling it up (I'm not blaming that on the quality, just the way I held it)

Works great, but cold only lasts 15-20 min.
This thing is great, love that is circumferential, gets very cold. The only down side is, true to advertisement, it really does only stay cold cold for 15-20 min. Unlike with other ice packs, you don't have to set a timer to know when to take it off, you'll know because it stops being cold. I prefer for it to stay very cold for the full 20 min icing session. But can't beat the convenience or that it wraps around the whole knee!

Loved it so much, we ordered two
Absolutely love these sleeves! Can be used as a sleeve on arms or legs, but also as a cold compress as well. Durable and worth every penny when injured or sore. We ordered 2!

Love at first chill
I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and these are wonderful for a squeeze and chill for knees and elbows. We took #VanLife and kept our dog cool in AZ

Great cold pack but stretches
I don’t have the biggest arms. I’m tall and skinny and I have tennis elbow pain. I bought this for my arm. This gets cold and doesn’t last long which is good because it only should be on the area for about 15 mins. To that point it’s fantastic. The only prob I have is that the size. By going off their chart I got a L. But since this get so cold I need to wear a thin sleeve. The pack stretches which is great but it’s now become loose and if I don’t wear anything on my arm it slides down. I’ve only had this for a few days now which is a bummer.
