Dark Chocolate 20 Piece Gift Box

There was no damage to the outer box or the regular container but all the milk chocolate cherry candies were smashed and filling was everywhere for all four of the supposedly sealed cherry candies. Looks like a manufacturing error. I am told I cannot exchange or return this product. I will never buy this brand again. I also bought a dark chocolate package and they were in the same condition. It appears they were all smashed before the seal plastic was put on. The sealing plastic didn’t stick because of the liquid leaking out of the cherries.. Since the company was sold the new owner’s quality went down hill. DO NOT BUY THIS PRIDUCT.

I gave these a 5 star because they came in a timely manner, and tasted delicious. I know it isn't the sellers fault, but these came melted. They were a Christmas gift, but luckily it was for my husband and he is eating them anyway.

The product seals were broken on all of the packages. It was as if these were the reject pile of the quality control group. two of them had the chocolates popped out of them, and the all of them the seals were already broken on the plastic wrap. I do not trust these to eat. You can tell by the color of the chocolate without even eating it that it has sat out and not been properly sealed.

This is the best candy in the world to me. This is chocolate covered cherries and I could never ask for any better. I've been buying these things since I was a little girl. My mom used to give it to us when we were kids it's an ideal gift for anybody The money that it cost is is wonderful I mean they could charge a lot more. Quality of the product is excellent The chocolate tastes very good. There was none of them that was broke .They wasn't leaking and I can't say enough good about them cuz they are delicious. I'm a lifetime fan of these things. I keep them in my freezer. I have one a day .It makes my day

When these came, they were in horrible shape. The box looked fine but when we opened it, the chocolate cherries were in horrible shape. They had holes in the chocolate and all the gooey stuff had run out and they were stuck to the package. All the stuff inside was dried up.

THEY WERE ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY AFTER ORDERING WERE PACKAGED SO GREAT THERE WAS NO CRUMPLING OF THE BOXES IN THE SHIPPING BOX. THIS IS A BRAND THAT I REMEMBER FROM YEARS AGO AND IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY TOWN SO I WAS DELIGHTED TO FIND THEM ON AMAZON AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY ARE A CHRISTMAS TRADITION CANDY IN MANY FAMILIES, SO THANK YOU FOR OFFERING THEM

Even though the box wasn’t damaged on the outside, the chocolates were all smushed inside and the liquid filling, which is the best part, had all leaked out! Also one of the trays of chocolates had the plastic film halfway removed. This is not safe to eat. Food items should always be properly sealed to avoid contamination and food poisoning.

good but box wasn't marked so they were pretty banged up. I suggest marking them as fragile.
