What are all the actual ingredients !

It contains Alfalfa, Parsley, Kale, Chia Seed, and Sweet Potato. It's dehydrated, except for the Chia Seeds. My Zebra Finches don't eat the little Sweet Potato bits but absolutely love this. I put it on paper towel in a little pile so they can forage for it.
