Magic product for real
Normally I never left any reviews in writing apart of stars. But now I feel like I have to let everyone know about this MAGIC product that DOES HELP . I had a horrible / horror / strange bump after my nose piercing. I didn’t know what to use , what to do . I searched online , and I came to see someone saying about this product. After I start using it my nose bump went down a lot , now it’s in process of becoming more less noticeable and going away too . I never been so happy about a product in which I have to let people know that YES YOU HAVE TO BUY IT and see for yourself . Don’t expect the bump to go away after 2/3/4/5 pumps . It goes in time . Give it weeks . But it does MAGICALLY HEAL!!!

My Review of NeilMed NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare
This spray has been amazing for keeping my piercings clean and irritation-free. It’s so easy to use – just spray and go – no need for cotton pads or mixing solutions. I noticed my piercing healed faster and stayed free from bumps or infections. The mist is gentle but effective, and I love that it’s travel-friendly too. Definitely a staple in my aftercare routine!

easy to use saline mist, scroll down for pros and cons
After getting a daith piercing, I was looking for a saline solution that could reach all the tricky crevices without physically touching the jewelry. I tried saline drops, but they didn’t feel thorough enough. This mist has been a game-changer.The pressurized mist ensures deep and even coverage, reaching behind and around the piercing effortlessly. The angled nozzle is a thoughtful feature, making it easy to direct the spray precisely where it’s needed. Unlike some saline solutions that run out quickly, this bottle has lasted me well over a month with a regular use, and I still have some left.If I ever get another piercing, this will be my go to aftercare solution. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and effective way to keep new piercings clean!✅ Fine mist reaches difficult areas✅ Angled nozzle for easy application✅ Long-lasting bottle✅ Hands-free cleaning—no need to touch the jewelry✅ Value for money❌ None so far!

Less intrusive cleaning
This spray or similar versions are often recommended online to help with the healing of a new piercing. It might be easier to use than solutions without a spray nozzle - especially if the area is sore or sensitive. It might take a few goes for you to get used to the spray nozzle - how hard to press, the angle etc. So test a few shots first. It sprays a generous amount each time and the size of the bottle is good value - but this depends on how often you use it.

Great piercing spray
solid piercing spray recommended by my piercer for both of my ear flats. Great for cleaning crusties and can be sprayed at all of the weird angles a piercing might need

Ease of use
The best product to use on newly pierced ears and on old piercings that you may have issues with very easy to use just spray directly on and wipe of excess

Have had no issues at all with it
Bought this as it had good reviews. Was very worried about taking care of my helix piercing because it was my first piercing ever and the first cartilage piercing in my family (that i know of) so i had to rely on internet information for aftercare advice (i accidentally walked out before my piercer gave me the aftercare package because nobody told me to wait). But I am happy to report that despite its high price this spray has given me no issues, I like the spray format because it's easy to use and fuss-free. Plus it lasts so much longer. I will also say that one of these 6.3oz bottles was more than enough for 2 lobe piercings (8 weeks healing time) and a helix (at least 12 weeks healing time but have been using for longer just in case) (2 cleans a day), and still has some spare if any hiccups occur later on. Hope this helps 🙂Update (around a year and a half after purchase) : sadly the stem has broken even though it's probably not empty and I'm not sure I'll be able to use the rest of it... not sure if it's a problem with the bottle or if I was too rough with it...
