Amazing machine
Amazing machine for your everyday coffee fix. This is such a God sent coffee machine. Easy to use, looks good and compact, easy to clean and maintain, coffee tastes better than any big brand coffee. I have stopped drinking coffee from outside after purchasing this machine. And the various flavours of coffee available are amazing. Thankyou seller and thanx to Amazon for making it easily available. A must buy for coffee lovers to save money on expensive coffees.

Service/Repair not available in India. Highly disappointing.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Don't buy this machine. There are no service options available in India. It stopped working after two months, and Nespresso said they cannot service this model as it has not yet been officially launched in India. Amazon is saying to get it fixed by a third-party local electrician.

Amazing Espresso
This Nespresso machine works like a dream, it is simple compact and gets the job done fuss-free. Clean-up is easy, and the water holder seems a bit cheap but all in all, it is a great product, I wish it came with a bit more additional pods.

Very good product
The look is very good. The price and the product really do match and the machine is very portable as well as the taste of company was nice and hot and with just 2 buttons easy to use.

Defective Nespresso machine.
I got a defective product. It was a gift for a friend who was traveling soon after I gifted him. Due to this Amazon said their return policy time was over and to connect with the seller. After sending video and pictures to the seller he agreed that the product was defective and agreed to replace it. But he never did and I had to spend Rs 1800 to repair a brand new Nespresso machine. Would never buy from this vendor and would advice others to do the same. Amazon should not work with these type of vendors.
