LIFE CHANGING! A Dr recommended 100 mg per day but I started off with 50 mg and eventually went up to 75 mg. Worked out perfectly because the end of 12th week, I took the last pill! It helped regulate my hormones and that changed a plethora of issues i was having. No more joint pains, no more afternoon crash, no more brain fog, no more big belly and I'm pretty sure this with creatine together helped me in my strength training and weightloss journey as well.....
