Perfect Fit & No Obstruction
I bought two of these to replace a couple of 15+ year-old Fresno State frames on our car. They fit our car perfectly and do not obstruct anything on the plates.

Vinyl sticker
This essentially was a vinyl sticker placed on a metal license page frame. Disappointing b/c it was a gift; but, gave it to the recipient anyway along with the other college paraphernalia I'd got to go along with it. So, glad this wasn't the only item I gave b/c it looked rather cheap.
