Will be used for storage of video memory cards to enabling editing once home from holidays/ trips etc. It's plastic, light but the closure seems positive, hinge feel secure. The card slots are nice and tight cards don't fall out when case is opened. It will store 24 micro memory card and 12 card adaptors. Really pleased with it's quality. It has a rubber seal which is removable, but why you would want to remove other than perhaps to clean. I don't know whether the closure pulls tight enough on the rubber seal to make it totally waterproof with full submersion, but seems it will keep your cards dry in your pocket or bag.

It's compact, and it fits my cards perfectly. The seal around it keeps water out. Great value for what you get.

I was looking for a second storage case and bought this one. It arrived quickly and safely.When I opened it, I was surprised at how light it was and realised that it was made from rigid plastic rather than metal. So I don't think that it will be as rugged as my older one. But unless it gets run over by a bus or something like that, that shouldn't be too much of an issue. The light weight is actually a bonus for travel and I really like that each compartment can actually hold 2 micro SD cards AND an SD card on top!

Good number of slots for cards. Great for SD and mini SD. Protection looks good. Fits in a pocket ( but don’t lose it).

This is the second carrier for SD cards I have bought. The first one was a fit case which had clear plastic pockets and was useless as the micro cards just dropped out and full sized SD cards were hard to get out.. This one was the second attempt and is vastly better.The micro cards are easy to just push in to the cut outs, are just as easy to pull out and, so far, reliably stay in place until wanted. The 24 micro and 12 full sized cards capacity is great but, of courser, if it is all used the micro cards go under the full sized cards so the type and capacity of the micro SD cards is hidden. Better, I think, to assume 24 micro OR 12 SD or any combination of the two.I have no idea how water resistant it is. I am sure it is proof against rain but I don't intend to drop my cards in a river so its not a big issue.Bottom line is it is a decent case, does its job and is easy to use.
