I was hoping for a sweet Vandalia onion flavor, but it flavor is more on a white onion flavor.

Best onion powder ever. | McCormick Gourmet Organic Onion Powder 2 oz
We switched to this from regular McCormick onion powder (with the red cap). Both are excellent products, but this Gourmet Organic Onion Powder has a richer aroma and deeper flavor. Superb!
