Helikon Tex strikes again. I own quite a few of their products and never disappointed. I'm 5'11" and 212 lbs. Purchased mine in XXL. Perfect size for wearing as is, or with layers underneath. Amazing quality and design. Function and fit is perfect. Normally I'm a coyote brown type of guy, but the Taiga is awesome. Lots of roomy pockets and cinch points. Hood is nice and roomy, perfect for wearing a watch cap, or a trooper cover. Not obnoxious and pulling on your head/neck. I've had a lot of anoraks and this one is by far the best. ❤️❤️❤️ Helikon Tex

I’m an XL in their shirts, fairly muscular and athletic, and was a size M (US) in this jacket. It’s quite large compared to the rest of their line that I’ve tried. Great jacket though absolutely love it.

Best jacket I've ever owned. I have the matching pants. As a US Army veteran of 8 years, I can appreciate the functionality and versatility of this jacket in the field. Its not water proof, but thats what ponchos are for. This jacket is however water resistant, wind resistant, and very adaptive to different climates as the zipper ventilation is super effective. I use this jacket when riding my dirt bike. Its also very durable with an amount of securable pockets I've always wanted, but have never had.

I’m 6”0 - 180 lbs - lean. I bought a small. Should have gotten the XS .. everything is perfect - pockets, arm pockets, love the molle stuff on the inside good to hook your camping things to and gloves to keep them warm. I work out and I am a lean and muscular guy there is a lot of room to spare in the sleeves. I put on the OR BAJA pull over down hoodie under this and was still able to layer more if need be. Arms did not feel restricted. The jacket is just long so when you tighten the hem cord it’s puffs out. I like a more slim clean look. Don’t get me wrong this jacket is nice and feels durable and it meets my bar for being outdoors and just to go out in. I also love the arm pockets that’s my favorite able to hold 3 cans of chew lol. I did order the XS I’m going to keep the small as a back up and will wear till the XS gets here because amazon needs to fix its prime ! Let’s go Jeff !

Couldn't be happier with this gortex pullover. Well thought out design. I love the pockets, ventilation,drawstring bungees and and hood visor that can be adjusted with velcro. Definitely worth the price. I'll be purchasing more products from this company. Thank you!!!

Great fit, the chest pockets are too small to be functional, but the material is a great canvas. Warm too

I grabbed this to use for bushwhacking & trail maintenance in dense, thorny underbrush, and for that it's perfect (for cool, relatively dry conditions) The material does an excellent job as "thorn armor", and the baggier fit & mesh lining allows for plenty of freedom of movement, airflow, and helps keep any thorns that do penetrate the material away from your skin. This is an exceptionally well-designed garment. Plenty of ventilation, a wonderful pocket system (the little hanger loops sewn into some of the pockets and the lining are a godsend), and adjustment points at the sleeves, waist, and hem that make it easy to roll things up & down for different applications. Pockets are positioned conveniently to interface with pack straps, and all the zippers/closures are easy to operate one-handed, while wearing work gloves. I tend to run hot, but in my experience this is a bit too hot (over just a baselayer) for temps above about 60F during moderate-heavy activity (hiking, sawing, chopping, etc). A few quibbles: 1. Size down. I wear a US large in tops/jackets from Patagonia, Arcteryx, Columbia, Montbell, Outdoor Research, North Face, etc. etc. etc. and took an M here. Even sizing down the jacket has a very loose, boxy fit. As mentioned above this is helpful for my applications, but if you're looking for something to wear as a fashion statement you might want to go down 2 sizes, unless you're going for that "boyfriend hoody" look. 2. Hood design. Under pack straps, the shoulders pull the hood down tight onto your head, which is annoying from a comfort perspective and interferes with turning your head. 3. Water resistance. Under any extended or heavy precip, this gets soaked. I treated it with Nikwax Cotton-Proof and that greatly improved the water resistance, but if you're expecting anything more than a light shower you'll want to bring a poncho or other shell. 4. Weight. It's a big, heavy garment. Not something you can stow in a pack as a "just in case" item. If you expect to layer down while out in the field, expect to lash this to the outside of your pack

as a man that spends a lot of time outdoors in the Canadian wilderness i can honestly say this clothing system/jacket is amazingly adapted to all kinds of weather. i have used it in hot sand pine forests, throughout the northern boreal forest and on prairie plateaus as well as along the deep rivers of the peace river watershed. i use the Helikon-Tex wolfhound jacket under it for cooler weather and the two work together perfectly. to be honest i bought both in tan and green. this is high quality gear and worth the money.

Nöjd. Bra kvalitet, tål lättare regn. Behöver vaxas för att klara mera. Lös passform, kan dras åt vid midja och nedre delen. Många bra fickor. Beställde xxl. Är i lite större laget vid midjan men passar bra över byst. Är 190 cm lång och väge 110kg, tränad fysik.

Öncelikle ürün harika fakat beden tablosu ile ölçüler uyumlu değil. 105 kg ve 193 cm boy için L beden küçük oldu. Uluslararası bir satın alma olmasına rağmen sorunsuz iade ettim ve XL satın aldım. XL gelince tekrar yorumlarım. Teşekkür ediyorum.

Franchement top ! De multiples poches, aérations sous les bras qui peuvent se refermer par fermeture éclaire, assez ample si on prend la bonne taille. Je fais 110 kg pour 1m80 et j'ai dû prendre la 2XL pour être suffisamment à l'aise et pouvoir mettre une couche supplémentaire par dessous si nécessaire. Ravi de mon achat.
