I keep this as well as my healing nail block, stashed in my purse. Squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount onto the nail bed of each finger. Then massage the conditioner into each of your nail beds. While you massage, gently push the skin back down with your thumb. Since this product is produced in a cream form, it won’t leave any oily residue...which is a huge plus for me. It’s that simple.
