Instructions not great however hubby did a fantastic job and bbq looks good ,well made and sturdy.

Great value, sturdy and looks great, only one complaint is that the instructions are really not the best and the side burner fitting screws and holes are very fiddly, it took me nearly more time fitting these than it did putting the rest of the BBQ together.

Cracking buy. Easy to put together and use

I purchased this CosmoGrill 4+1 Series Gas BBQ in December 2024, expecting a long-lasting, durable product suitable for outdoor use — especially since it’s marketed that way. Unfortunately, after only 7 months, the BBQ has developed severe rust and corrosion, both internally and externally, despite being used lightly and always kept covered with the manufacturer’s included cover. When I contacted the seller, I was told that rust is “normal” due to UK weather conditions and that it’s not covered by warranty. This is nowhere stated in the product description at the time of purchase. I asked them for their warranty terms and conditions — and they failed to provide them. Instead, I was offered replacement parts at a cost, even though the product is still within its 1-year warranty. This response is unacceptable under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be: Of satisfactory quality Fit for purpose As described This BBQ fails on all three. If a product can't withstand normal UK outdoor conditions without degrading this badly, then it is not suitable for its intended use. Additionally, Amazon’s own A-to-Z Guarantee protects customers when an item becomes defective or does not match its description. I feel completely misled by this listing and let down by the seller’s dismissive and unhelpful customer service. This experience has shaken my trust in the product and the seller. I’ve now submitted a complaint to Amazon directly and am seeking a full refund, as I no longer trust the product or the company behind it. I hope Amazon seriously reviews this listing and the seller’s aftercare practices. Consumers deserve transparency, durability, and respectful support when something goes wrong — none of which I received .

BBQ came well packaged and with no damages. Was quite easy to put together, took me about an hour. Seems very sturdy and worth the money. Not sure why other customers may have had bad experiences because I'm very impressed so far. Great BBQ for the money

I would have rated this grill at 5* all the way. However, the assembly is a tad challenging. It took two of us four hours to put together. The instructions are pictorial and clearer parts referencing would have been better. The hose connectors are tricky and needs to be fed through before you attach the ring burner panel. This is not explained. That said, once assembled, I am really happy with it.

Honestly pretty easy to assemble with good clear instructions, it took my husband under 2 hours on his own. Previously we had an expensive Weber BBQ however this seems just as hood quality for much less, used twice now and its great. We love the cooking racks, much better to cook on than traditional wire stlye racks and soooo much easier to clean. The drip tray and drip cip to catch any fats is also a bonus. Very happy with this purchase.

Really pleased with this barbecue as it works well, is of good quality and looks smart, too. One piece was missing - a lighting connector to the side burner but I contacted Cosmo direct and the missing part was here within days. Early days but pleased so far
