Great baking flour for combining with other flours
Pleasant very light coconut aroma, while no coconut taste in baked goods. Helps when mixed with almond flour. High fiber, low carb, healthy fats. Very good and useful on low carb keto diet.

This is high quality coconut flour that works very well for low carb baking. It has a better texture for baking than the coconut flour that is sold at my local health food store and is similarly priced. It shipped quickly and arrived well packed . I am pleased with purchase.
