I love this stuff. I have a high tolerance to just about everything including pre workout. So the first couple time I took this I measured out twice the recommended dose. I thought that after one or two times I’d develop a tolerance like most things and twice the dose would suffice. I was wrong. I now take the recommended dose or less and 30 minutes later at the gym I’m sweating bullets and feel great. Sweating billets may sound uncomfortable but it’s not in this case. You don’t feel like your burning inside and you aren’t itchy or anything. I have found my caloric burn rate has increased since using this and I know I’m loosing more weight than I would without the product. The taste is a little intense, taste similar to that sour candy spray kids eat but honestly, it is a potent product and I don’t know that they could do away with the intensity of the feel and taste without it being less potent. Which I then would be less value for your money. I’ve had this bottle I think for a little over a month, I use it daily and I still have plenty left. The one thing I would warn you about, is don’t use it if you don’t have a few hours before you need to put long sleeves/work attire on because in my experience with you will continue to swear for a while. I took it earlier this morning and when and worked out for an hour and I’ve been home for about an hour and 45 minute and my forehead is still sweating. I run at the gym for the first 30 minutes so I know my body is really young and typically burns off all the pre work out I had been using in that time but this stuff is different. I love that it doesn’t feel like pre workout. You don’t feel jittery or super high strung. You’re still relaxed but have more energy and get a better and more productive workout in. I have recommended this to all my friends that workout and all that I’ve heard from love it too.

little effect on the work out but great flavor

So i originally got a sample of Volcarn and finally decided to try it a couple months back (sour candy flavor) i was surprised it actually really helps me push through and keep going where before I would struggle. The first time I took it I didn't notice any sweating but I believe it was because I didn't take it far enough ahead for it to kick in enough for the workout. The second time I took it ahead and about 30 minutes later I did my workout and sweat sooooo much and was extremely focused and didn't feel worn out or anything. Best thing is I had no side effects and no crash afterwards. Just a great workout that made me feel like I could take on anything. I ended up ordering some other products from this brand and I love them all. I got another sample of volcarn and had bought a full size one as well on here. I used the sample first and it was the pink Starburst one. That one was not a bad flavor either. However when I got to starting this bottle of rainbow sherbet I found I have to really force myself to down it and chase it with water and something like a rice puff to get the flavor out of my mouth because it's not very good compared to the others. Overall Volcarn is very effective and I will continue to purchase.

This is amazing. I take it 30 minutes before I hit the gym and I will literally be dripping sweat 10 minutes into bicycling! Love the taste and feel great!!
