C980 PRO 3-in-1 1080P Webcam with Microphone and Speaker, 60°-98° Wide Angle Webcam w/ 4 Noise Cancel Mics, 2 Speakers, Auto Low Light Correction W/Cover, USB Camera for Online Conference/Class

I bought this to improve some old computer that does not have a good camera and has problems with the microphone. I tested with Google Hangouts and works very well, even when I was far from the computer, the sound was very good. The configuration was simple, because of the plug and play. The camera has a wide angle, so it shows more details. Also I switch back and for with the laptop camera and I can see the diference in the clarity of the video. I had been use a eMeet C980 and I like it, but this pro version I love it because of the four microphone provide a great sound with a good speakers. During video meetings, I used to connect a speakerphone with omnidirectional microphones in one USB and the C960 camera in another USB port. now I can do it with just one USB port. In this days, have a good camera and a great microphones is escential. I am happy with it.

I haven't used very many cameras for conferencing, and they have mostly been poor quality cameras. I wanted to spend a little more, and get a better camera, but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars for professional quality. I got pretty much what I was looking for. Image quality from this camera is much improved over the cheapos I have used in the past. I especially like the zoom function, as I don't really want other people to see my messy office, or the kids acting out in the doorway. I can zoom on me, and me alone. Better yet, I don't have to remain stock still. The camera tracks and focuses on me, to some extent. I also like the 4 mics and two speakers. I am told that my voice carries well during conferencing, and I also hear other people quite well. I've ditched my head set, which was often less than satisfactory. On the negative side - I am not getting 4K from this camera. I just don't get the option to use 4K. I haven't done enough research to figure out why. Perhaps it is due to my consumer grade video card, I can't say at this time. I can switch between 1080 and 720, no problem, but the software doesn't offer 4k. Perhaps it's an issue with my USB hub? I think I'm getting $100 worth of value, as the video I'm sending doesn't shout "Cheap company video equipment". I'm just disappointed that I'm not transmitting 4k video. I hope to figure out why, but it may be a few weeks, because I simply lack the time right now.

I bought this as my work desktop (Dell mini tower, Windows 11) does not have a camera / microphone. I used to use my personal all-in-one desktop (HP) for business meetings (Teams, Zoom, Webinar) but thought it would be more convenient to attach a webcam to my business PC. This webcam was instantly recognized by my Dell desktop when it was plugged into the USB port and no problem using it with Teams and Zoom. So, overall it fulfilled my intent of use. However, there are couple of things that I'm not totally satisfied with. First, the sound quality is not so excellent. From my personal preference, I think my HP desktop has better sound quality. Second, there are two interfaces to control the webcam. Maybe one is the default but the second becomes available when I installed EMEETLINK from their website. Anyway, it's confusing and annoying. Also, somehow I can't change the zoom while already in a Zoom / Team meeting. The other settings like brightness can be changed while in a meeting, though. I asked this to the customer service but didn't get a spot-on reply. Third, sometimes the PC stops recognizing it suddenly (thankfully, it's not during a meeting). I have no idea why and how to restore it. So, I have to unplug and plug the USB cable again. So, overall it's OK for a business use with an affordable price.

Very well put together and shows great images! The microphone and noice cancelling works great. I don't need headphones and the app that comes with it allows on the config I need.

I received a camera that I thought would solve all my problems. Well, unfortunately, it has created more. I downloaded the app to adjust the settings and I am unable to make any changes. I can't zoom in or out. I first chatted with customer service and they just gave me generic and basic info. WHen that didn't work, they said someone would reach out via email. I received an email giving me instructions to do the exact same thing. I called the number on the email and it's the same person that I chatted with. Telling me to waste now more time to do a VIDEO and send it to them so they can initiate a warranty. I don't have time for this! I have been trying to figure this out for 2 + hours. If you have extra time, go ahead. I am computer literate. I know how to download and use software. Customer Service will absolutely not help. Just purchase another product. This is such a waste of time!

Updating after 3 months of use, one primary issue: The microphone has a serious problem with noise cancellation (or something) if you have a window open , it will cause horrible echo/delay for everyone else on the video call, except you. You will need to unplug it, close your windows and power it back on, it cannot recover by simply closing the window. Strange I know, but it’s a consistent and repeatable issue and resolution with the device. This one has great video, sound and mic. It’s heavy so it sits in place and isn’t pulled off your monitors by the weight of the usb cable like some of the others I tried. I video call 2 to 7 hours a day, need really good but not professional level quality - this so far has been a fair balance. The sound on this rocks, you can actually hear without maximum sound volume…. Magnetic camera cover is nice as well.

Just received works perfectly on my mini Mac with monitor. Pretty much plug and play. Had to goto speaker settings and setboutput to the emeet. But everything else’s works great.

I am using this webcam with a desktop computer. Before I had a webcam mounted on my monitor for video and I used a headset with a microphone for listening and speaking. Now this unit combines video, microphone and speaker all together. The audio quality is excellent. It works well with Zoom and other video conferencing apps as well as by VOIP telephone system.

This is a very good Camera with microphone and speaker. The camera is high resolution and wide angle. The microphone can pick up voice even from a distance. Speaker good for meeting and ok for other things like music.

It can be as loud as my TV. Good quality sound, good camera too. Microphone is as well records well. Thanks!!!

Excellent noise cancelling on the microphones. Good audio from the speakers. Nice crisp HD video. Works well with Skype and Zoom.

This is not a top-of-the-line product, and should not be purchased with that intent. For the money, however, it gives solid value. You get audio and video in one simple product that can be easily mounted on the top of your monitor. The camera lid is a nice addition for privacy's sake, given the issues cams sometimes have. The microphone and speakers are serviceable. You're not going to get great video out of this, and the sound is kind of tinny -- but if you want high quality technical specs, you need to invest in decent equipment of each type. This will do the job admirably and dependably for people who just want to get video and sound in place so they can do meetings efficiently. If your work requires a high quality standard of video and/or sound, look to more expensive options. This is an excellent budget choice for people who simply need something serviceable, however.
