Excellent float design
Float screws into assembly. I've had some that were molded on and they can get leaks where it attaches and let water in and then it can fill the float and make it not work. These have a totally sealed float so no transitions for weak leak points. They are good quality for the price. Just can't let them freeze with water turned on or can bust it.

The half inch tread is too big
Got these to create a SiP for my plants. I have 1/2 pipes so I did not need to use the included adapter. However the 1/2 threaded piece is too big, so it does not properly fastens the rubber washer used to keep it from leaking.
