Great flavor and easy on the stomach — no issues at all, even during long runs. I usually hydrate with other brands, but many of them are way too heavy on sugar. This one tastes great without being overly sweet or artificial. The salted watermelon is a nice balance of refreshing and functional. Solid endurance fuel I’ll definitely keep in rotation.

Used it to train for my first half marathon. Loved how it game me energy, felt hydrated and flavor was good. I will continue to use this product for my running journey. It's a must try!

I can notice the difference instantly when im using this product to go for long runs. Flavor could use some help but other than that I gotta say this is one of the best products I have used in a while.

So, i got this product because it seems Bare Performance Nutriton does not make "Intra Flight" anymore. So far, I am really enjoying this product, very mild taste but still there and easy to drink. It definitely keeps you going during hard cardio/lifting workouts although i think it is more aimed at a boost during cardio-intensive workouts like biking/running.My only complaint is that it tends to clump up when putting in a water bottle. I usually put a serving in a 32 oz. Nalgene water bottle and keep it in the fridge until morning (this is way more water than it recommends for a servingl/scoop, but a full Nalgene is easier for me to fill & go).Generally the clumps will settle, but I've found that it is better to fill a Nalgene about halfway, add the scoop, shake the bottle like your life depends on it, and then fill the rest of the way.Very mild complaint, but thought it would be useful to those like me who prep at night to hit the gym early in the morning.

This tastes great, mixes well, and is a great source of carbs. I use this for electrolytes and carbs when doing long runs and helps to prevent the energy bump. It sits well with my stomach. If I'm doing a long workout or workout after a run, I'll use this throughout the workout for hydration. For shorter runs I use the electrolytes only (no carbs).

I’ve been using this for 3 months. Probably won’t buy again. It has a very fine texture and so It doesn’t absorb into the water very well. You’ll find yourself drinking clumps of electrolytes that make you want to gag. The flavor is also super weak. Better off getting something like LMNT or something like that
