Q: How do I store this cheese for an extended period of time? (Ex: multiple weeks or months?)

I cut it into eight ounce pieces, wrapped them in plastic wrap, and then in aluminum foil and stored them in the freezer. Then I take out what I need the day before I plan to make pizza. I know the conventional wisdom is that you should not freeze cheese but, I have found that if it is for six months or less it does not significantly harm the cheese.

Q: is this soft or hard mozzarela?

This would be considered "hard", as in you can grate it for making lasagna, pizza, etc. "Soft" mozzarella is "fresh" mozzarella which usually comes in a round or disc-shaped form and is usually eaten "as is" with other fresh "un-cooked"vegetables like tomatoes, etc.

Q: Is the enzymes and cheese cultures used from animal source or synthetic ?

Milk. Pure whole cows milk. 😇

Q: What kind of salt is used in this cheese?

I’m not sure but I think there’s not enough salt. Was a lil bland.
