Very well made clippers in that they cut very cleanly and the lever system makes it easier on fingers to press and make the cuts than typical drug store clippers. Wish the curve of blades was a little more pronounced and a bit wider, but that's just personal preference. Overall, best clippers I've ever used and this set is compact and great for travel.

I got these for my dad after visiting him and when helping him trim his nails it was really hard to use the set he had as they had dulled and were hardly useable. I knew Father’s Day and is birthday were coming up so I was set on replacing them. I found these thought they looked nice, simple but perfect and came in a gift box so easier to wrap lol. A year later I stopped by his house while he was working to see them out alongside his other items and found out how much he really liked them. Apparently he has raved about them to a handful of people according to his assistant. I had a broken nail at the time so I decided to test them out myself and omg I might just buy myself a set! These even after a year were the sharpest and most smooth cut with such ease to use I was amazed. The little detail of the built in file onto the clipper is genius and the snap closure to the case is so easy to do. Not to mention the case is very high quality and will last a long time. I could see why he would like them so much. Since battling Parkinson’s tasks like this have become hard so the fact just replacing his set with these gave him back one more piece of independence is a blessing. Not to mention they still look brand new no rusting or any sort of wear on them or the case is definitely impressive.

I have now owned this set for about two years and I just have to say that it is the best manicure set I’ve ever owned. I use it regularly and it still works great. Definitely recommend it. The price isn’t even that bad. It comes with its own case that fits in the palm of your hand and is great for travel. The sharpness has lasted and it is still in great quality. Also the way the items are shaped help to hold them in a secure and comfortable way when clipping or filing.

These nail clippers cut extremely well and cleanly. They are strong and durable, making it easy to use them. I only wish this set included a little scissors and nail file but that would just be a different set, so that’s another story. The pivoting mechanisms are solid and smooth. The nail cutting action is effortless. And while a very finely ground nail file is included in the back of the levers and this is a plus, the files are not really needed, as the cut nails are smooth and even with the clippers alone. By far the best nail clipper set I have owned.
