I have to admit its a little pricey but it can save you so much time as well stress on your back and shoulders. The straps work very well and are easy and fast to use and the kick stand wheels make moving things on flat surfaces a breeze. Its a must have if you have to haul several things up or down stairs. I've used it on wide concrete staircases as well as more narrow wooden stairs with smaller steps and it worked like a charm. Very strong metal that I believe will hold up to anything for several years to come. I do not regret this purchase at all.

All sliders were broken upon arrival, not much protection provided with packaging. For $500, you would expect it to be in perfect condition! It's heavy, but I guess it has to be to support 1200 lbs. Moved a refrigerator down 13 steps into my basement with the help of a friend no problem, but we really struggled getting the old heavier fridge up the stairs. Not really the fault of the dolly, more to do with the tight space we had to work in. Also used it to move a very heavy cast iron bathtub, no issues. I chose this one over a cheaper brand because of reviews touting the quality of the ratchet strap, and I was not disappointed! Once I figured out how to use it, it worked great! Would have given it a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the broken sliders.

Love the dolly ans it's similar to one I had in the past. Very Easy to use. However, the slider is broken upon arrival. I don't want to return it as I'm in Hawaii so I know it can get costly for such a big item. I would just like the sliders replaced.

Absolutely love this thing. I’ve had to move out multiple times within a few months, and I have a huge TV stand that’s around 350lbs and I can get it up and down 3 flights of stairs practically by myself. The stair climbers are extremely helpful, and the kickstand can support the entire weight of whatever object you put onto it, you can let go and it will stay up. Don’t even get me started of the ratchet, that’s the whole reason I wanted this in the first place and it’s amazing. It self retracts, and it’s a little hard to understand at first, but once you figure out how to use it it’s easy and so very helpful. The ONLY negative comment I have is how heavy it is, but it’s a small sacrifice considering just how capable it is at moving furniture. I trust and love this product, and I don’t regret spending the money. If your thinking of hiring movers like I was, just get one of these and find a friend with a truck and you’ll be set.

The dolly is great but when you spend this kind of money you want it to be in perfect shape! All four plastic sliders are broken on either top or bottom. There doesn't seem to be an option to get a replacement... Only the option to return. I don't want to return it. I just want the sliders replaced.
