The best Diet Coke replacement!
Green Cola finally, FINALLY helped me kick my Diet Coke addiction. I have tried so many alternatives, this is the only one that tastes even remotely close to a crispy DC. Stevia, like cilantro, can taste really nasty to some people. That’s why some reviews say the taste of this stuff is awful and others say it’s great. I have a pretty picky palette, and this drink genuinely tastes good and very similar to DC! But if you know you can’t stand Stevia, you won’t like it. This is definitely worth a try if you’re trying to kick Diet Coke or find a nice-tasting soda with no aspartame, artificial sweeteners, calories, or processed sugar.

Changed My Mind. From Initial One Star Rating To 4
I have completely changed my mind about this cola. I didn't get anything free or discounted either. I just changed my mind (and review from 1 star to 4) when I was about to open a bottle of diet coke and remembered I still had these sitting in their carton. I hardly ever drink coke because of the sugar. And I'm afraid of the ingredients in diet soda but ocassionally buy diet coke or coke zero and enjoy it. But at the same time I feel like I'm ingesting chemicals and I don't want to keep drinking it beyond the occasional bottle. Zevia tastes awful to me. I tried this and thought it tasted awful too. But.... When faced with giving in to my cravings and opening a diet coke I felt repulsed and just couldn't stand the thought of the chemicals. So I decided to drink one of these instead. This time, it was less awful than last time. Not as bitter as Zevia. More bitter than diet coke but not terribly so. The ingredients I feel great about. Not worried at all about what I'm ingesting. Yes, it's bitter. All diet sodas are. Can i put up with slightly more bitterness than diet coke without the chemicals? I've decided I can. The other thing that I like about the Green Cola is that I'm not getting any jitters like I do with regular soda or caffeine. the green coffee caffeine seems to have a better reaction in my body. Also, there is no increase in stomach acidity like I experience after other diet sodas. I have had 2 of these today and I know I'm going to end up buying more when I'm through with the carton. So yes, I've completely changed my mind about these, which is shocking because I don't normally do that when I initially don't like something. I've seen other product reviews do a turnaround after getting something free, but I've had no contact at all with the seller or manufacturer. This is a genuine review.

Great Cola.
I really love the taste of this cola; and I am thrilled that it is sweetened with Stevia.

Horrible, chemical taste. Damaged/Dirty Cans
When it comes too drink/food, it's a matter of personal taste . But, I must say , YUCK ! Bought the green cola . It had a horrible bitter/chemical taste and flat. ( (THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE NATURAL SODA?) I Was able to get few swallows down and the after taste lingered and so severe I was gagging (;sry) . Tasted what I imagine paint thinner would . Just horrid . Then came the stomach pangs , severe nausea and headache. As I was scrubbing my tounge, ( nothing taking away this after taste ) . Noticed more than 3rd of the cans damaged / dirty to the point of not even being able too drink if I even liked. Needless too say , I see all the great reviews. Maybe I got a bad batch ? IDK . But , honestly, this was one of the worst things I have ever tasted in my life. ( and I'm not picky) . Total waste of money. Beware . I was also terribly sick , the rest of the day and the chemical taste stayed in mouth for over 36 hours??????? ... If you like this product, good luck not getting damaged product. U won't get a refund or replacement.

Not "Coke" but a Good “Sugar-free” Alternative
UPDATED 11/07/2025: I’m not adding another star because I still get damaged cans. Also, I noticed the ad for this product shows the wrong breakdown for the “price per ounce.” This is a common mistake on MANY Amazon “per item” pricing. Is it the responsibility of the vendor to check their ad for errors or is it an Amazon issue? I don’t know. UPDATED REVIEW 4/18/2023: I still like this product, but it's shipped in a cardboard box with no protection. The last few orders have arrived with serious damage, usually the top is so crushed that it can't be opened. I've lowered my rating accordingly and will update again if they improve their method of packing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you’re a true Coke aficionado, you’re never going to find the “real thing” in another brand or a diet drink. I compromised with Coke Life, which had fewer calories and a pretty good Coke flavor. However, Coke discontinued making it (a big mistake as far as I'm concerned). I tried several other cola beverages, both regular and diet, but none was satisfying. Then I discovered Green Cola. It took a couple of cans to get used to it, but it's reasonably close to a Coke flavor plus it uses Stevia instead of less pleasant artificial sweeteners. Although a little expensive, this product is low calorie, has a nice cola flavor, and I've had good luck with prompt shipping.

Tastes the closest to the two giant name brands
I'm a refugee from Zevia. I had been drinking Zevia cola since 2008. I've had hundreds and hundreds of their cans, given I drink four to five a day. But ever since they removed the caramel coloring years ago, I've had an uneasy relationship with the Zevia cola. It hasn't tasted as good as it did once. And now, with their very latest flavor change, I can no longer drink it. I really despise it. I like most of their other flavors, but the cola is undrinkable for me. So I thought I would give Green Cola a try. And what do you know! It's a winner. It comes the closest I can think of to the two big guys in the cola area. Is it as good as the sugared version of Coke? No. Is it as good as the diet version of Coke? Yes. In fact, I think it's a little better. Supposedly there is a Stevia sweetened version of Coke available somewhere, but I haven't had a chance to try it. That could be a game changer. Other than the cost of the Green Soda, which is relatively high compared to Zevia, it's the best alternative for sugar free folks like me. My wife says I still need to drink the rest of the Zevia (18 cans), but I don't know how I'm going to choke that stuff down now.

Damaged delivery every time
I love this soda and have been getting it for three years but for the last year everytime I get a case at least 4 to 6 can are damaged. Had to cancel my subscription, wish they could fix this issue

The Nectar of the very fountains of Heaven itself!
Can I get a hallelujah!? I mean 2020 sucked, 2021 is worse, but now I’ve found the balm of Gilead in liquid refreshing form! I’ve been soda sober for 16 years and I’ve missed Coca-Cola and cherry coke so bad at times I would dream about it. Going to parties is like a alcoholic walking through a liquor store, only it was easier for me to refuse b/c I’ve been a card carrying member of the health guru club (aka “that person” that everyone thinks is a few fries short a happy meal b/c of all the things we don’t eat that people do and all the things we do eat that others don’t even see as food) for so long all I had to do was tell myself that the high fructose corn syrup was gmo and well, HFCS! Then I’d ask for the unsweet tea and pop out my bottle of stevia drops and be fine. Then this came out after I’d stood on the scale for the first time since using the #treatyourself method of coping to get through 2020 and 2021. It was tragic. It’s been extremely successful as a alternate and delicious (and less expensive alternative to a therapist I’m sure) method to be sure! I’d gotten the Lifesum app and had gotten off the struggle bus and onto the get yourself together bus and I’ve lost 10 of the 40-50 I’ve put on in the last few years, not being huge or anything, I’m just wanting to get back to that “fine as a dime” state of being after being more like a can of busted biscuits for awhile. I have been a sugar addict my whole life, and for 3 weeks I’ve been off sugar except for Zevia and this kind of Coke and I can honestly say that I’m buying stock in this as a remedy to stay off sugar and to feel like you’re getting a treat. I’m on the path to victory folks, you may see me on the red carpet one day and it’s all because they finally made a coke that is nectar of the heavens and made with stevia and not full of chemical garbage. A real treat that makes you think you’re cheating the new low carb lifestyle/diet, but you are in fact in full fledged fidelity. It makes my toes tingle just thinking about how delicious it is! All hail the new heavenly Coke nectar! (Perhaps the cure for worldwide soda induced weight gain!)
