I got these for my husband who was complaining with always feeling tired .Seven Seas helped me so much through my pregnancy so i thought why not give these a try.By day two of taking them he was utterly surprised to feel so much better.He has more energy.He gets up pretty early and this helps him so much .He loves the way he feels and I’m so much happier that i got them.

These are top quality vitamins. I started taking them a few months ago and can feel the benefit from the vitamin pack. It comes with a pack of Omega 3 capsules but I'm not convinced they do anything. Decent price for a month's worth of supplements. Great for anyone who needs a little boost

Perfect7 Man Plus is a good-quality multivitamin with a strong mix of nutrients, including Omega-3 and Vitamin D, so you feel like you’re actually getting a decent dose of the “good stuff.” The capsules are easy enough to take, but one thing to keep in mind is timing - definitely take them after a meal and with plenty of water. If you don’t, they can cause a bit of acid reflux or heartburn. Aside from that, they’re a reliable daily supplement that does what it promises.

Hopefully not speaking too soon but as a male in his 30s, these have seemingly helped with my knee pains that I've had for the past few weeks. If you suffer with acid reflux / heartburn you really must take these in the MIDDLE of a meal with a good few mouthfuls of water. First day I took them after a meal but got horrendous heartburn for 24hrs. Since then been okay following these steps.
