Useful piece of kit
Well made and reasonably easy to use. When fully extended the cutter is quite heavy and needs a bit of muscle to use at heights.

Good pole hedge trimmer
Karcher is a good pole hedge trimmer. However once the second extension pole is added to the trimmer, it does become a lot heavier and unmanageable to handle at times.

Practicality !!
Love the build quality of this unit but feel that it is rather far heavier than is required for the job in Hand !!!

Quite haevy
First the good points. Cuts very well and is versatile.Bad points - heavy to use when extension is incorporated. Shoulder strap mounting points mean that the strap takes very little of the weight when using fully extends and horizontally. Twenty minutes is enough to give shoulder strain.

Stopped working during first attempt at using it
I'm a big fan of most Karcher products but this one was very disappointing, the hedge trimmer stopped working half way through it's first use! I tried an alternative battery to be sure it wasn't a fault with the battery, but neither of my Karcher batteries made a difference. Clearly a defective machine.For the very short period of time that I did use it, it's very heavy, even without the extending pole. The strap also doesn't help to distribute the weight evenly so you end up with a top heavy machine. We have the smaller version hedge trimmer without the pole and it is fantastic. I have returned the faulty machine, currently awaiting a refund.

Did not work even tried two new batteries still no joy. Product returned refund accepted.
