Very good quality product with enhanced safety. The pouch is a bonus!

Why purchased: I had previously bought a packet of black safety pins identical to the structure and size of these. I liked the festive colors of these (see pic). Use: My primary use is to tie the back of my chemo cap ties for the right size. But also keeps pairs of socks and pillowcases or towels together or sheets to the mattress. No babies so not tested on diapers. They are pretty stiff and sharp and can do the towels, haven’t found (tested) a firmness and thickness that failed, not that they are awesome, just limited testing. Structure and function: See pic, verified that they are 2” (~50 mm) in length. Stainless steel, limited exposure to water (laundry) thus far but no rust to date. See pics but oddly, these are made to use by left-handed users. If held in the right hand, the opening for inserting the pin is out of site on the bottom. I find in my uses thus far the metal part of the pin is sturdy enough and sharp enough for what I have used (as described above). I like the festive colors. I have about 20 of the pins and (see pic) I have one of the plastic ends crack. The plastic cap does have a seam around the end crack so maybe not a surprise that the pin could break through as the pressure from the pin is firm enough to keep closed. Overall: One-star deduction due to breakage, but maybe a “one off” will continue to monitor. Lots of potential uses and nice colors. Needed these for my satin pillow case that is under sized (yes they lied about the dimensions) and the pillows slide out. They work perfectly and remain closed due to black plastic safety heads. They come in color so you can have them match the fabric. Good price (could have been better), and fast delivery.

These are affordable but more flimsy and more thin than the old ones back in the day.

Great product to use to keep socks together in the washer and dryer

I used these while hiking for a multitude of purposes. They are functionally ideal for flap closures, hanging damp items on lines or your backpack. The color end makes them easy to find and open/close. The size was good for me. Larger than a big safety pin but not too big to take up a ton of space. I shared these with a few others in the group, and they thought the idea/application was great.

Using them very heavily, maybe I'm to rough with them, but several have bent and opened. Maybe could be a little less short going into closure, but again, I am rough on them.

They are not the quality like back in the 60s. Plastic broke off on 1 of them.

Handy, you always need a safety pin for an emergency, fabric tears, ripped jeans, broken sofa zip etc. Reasonably priced and prompt delivery, just the job, Thank-you.

Nice and sturdy. No danger of accidental opening. Good point, so they are easy to push through fabric.
