This arrived in a huge Amazon box, but was well secured and the product packing is very high quality. The spatula itself is extremely high quality, well balanced a sharp edge and just about the right amount of weight, not too light, but equally not a brick. This spatula is equally versatile for fish, steaks and a variety of eggs. It works extremely well with my carbon steel pans. A quality product, albeit a little more pricey than the competition.

The design is fantastic and not boring like others. The quality is definitely of the lifetime type. The feel whilst using it is very natural in your hand, making it much easier to use. The price some might find high especially compared to others but in this case you really get a bargain for the money. Dalstrong are making high quality products using high quality materials. I’m not one for kitchen “gadgets” and paraphernalia - but I like robust, well made tools that get the job done. Have been doing a lot of oven roasting recently and this is the perfect tool for turning and lifting veg and and stuff. Highly recommended. Love it.

Rien à dire sur la qualité des matériaux utilisés, on n'est pas sur de la matière bas de gamme. Mais voilà, on ne va pas employer tout et n'importe quoi pour un ustensile dont la fonction première est tout de même pouvoir retourner les poissons ou oeuf au plat. Ici, la spatule est ridiculeusement lourde et l'acier employé est rigide et ne bouge pas d'un iota. Mais le pire reste le bout de la spatule, aussi tranchant qu'une lame de rasoir ! Les poêles avec une couche anti-adhérente ne vont pas faire long feu

I needed a grill spatula for fish. The current one I used had a bad habit of pushing the fish around and it was hard to get under a fragile piece of fish. This Dalstrong model has a very sharp leading edge that allows it slide easily under thin fish and it works great for anything on a grill. Pro/Con Pro: -Very well made, high level of fit and finish, nice feel and balance, definitely a high end kitchen utensil -Spatula is very flexible and has decent width for fish and chicken -Works great for grill cleaning as well - a quick pass with this scraper on the grates and they are clean -Cleans up quickly even when used for blackened fish Con- -The leading edge of this spatula is knife sharp. That's a pro and a con. The "pro" part is that the edge slides under sticky food with ease. The "con" part is that you have to be careful how you store this spatula so that the sharp edge is facing away from you in a drawer, inside a grill cabinet or that the blade is pointing down if you use a counter top kitchen utensil container. I have an All Clad kitchen utensil "barrel" and I make certain this spatula is blade down because it's so sharp. Overall, this is a valuable kitchen tool that is ideal for grilling, baking and even grill cleaning. It's top rate for fit and finish and overall quality.
