These desk legs have been fantastic for my DIY standing desk. I finished the desk about a year ago and have been using it consistently for the past year. I have not had any issues in functionality at all. No wobbling, clicking, or other unusual noises. The best part about these legs is the ability to save up to 3 height settings. It was very easy to install as well, I attached them to a stained butcher block at the max width. Overall, a great value for my money so far. If I knew of someone building their own standing desk, I’d recommend these legs to them!

I bought these as the frame only. I was originally looking at the SmartDesk 2 but that frame only had 2 segments. This was more comparable to their more expensive premium line for less $$. I sourced my own butcher block top from my local hardware shop. I wanted to have more control on what materials and finishes I had for the desktop. I was specifically looking for top that was at least 1.5" thick. I was not looking to buy the frame with the supplied tabletop because it didn't meet my requirements. Overall the install was very easy to follow and very straightforward. Since I had my own top, I had to drill pilots holes (3/32 bit) to attach the frame with the suppled screws. Once put together there is a bit of wobble at the standing position, but not a deal breaker. The set to the lower height settings it is super stable. The movement is quiet and smooth both up and down. The fact that they have a 5 year warranty sold it for me. This is a fantastic value considering the competition prices for a 3-segement frame. I am very satisfied with this and I would recommend this frame only set.

From the moment you first handle the box this comes in you can tell the manufacturer focuses on quality. The mere weight of the unit speaks to that fact - not some flimsy metal that is going to give out under the weight of a couple large monitors. That quality continues to shine when you open the box and see how well they thought out the packaging to protect the product. Assembly took ~1/2 hour. A couple more detail blowouts would be helpful on the instructions, but simply exercise the power of pause and looking closely at the diagram and sections to determine appropriate orientation of the pieces to one another. It's not difficult, but a couple more details could have made it nearly idiot proof. I'm putting the finishing touches on my solid wood desk top but see no reason I'm not going to love this. I've already testing the legs with the total weight I'm going to have on the desktop - no problem whatsoever. Super quiet and love that there are so many memory settings. Great quality - especially for bargain pricing.

The stand does what it says it does. It is not too loud, fast, and assembly quality is very good. Some other pros are they give you a few extra screws in a baggy, the instructions are easy, and they have added rubber grommets where you screw in the base meaning the base stands off from the wood about 1/8 of an inch.. The cons really have to do with the controller. The white lettering really stands out. Now if you have a hard time seeing that is great but it seems a bit to much for my taste. In addition you have to wake up the button pad prior to selecting a setting. You do this by, wait for it, selecting a setting. so you have to push the button twice to move the unit. Most of this is cosmetic and the stand is really well built. I have put together may high end units like this for work and this one gives them a run for their money as it is less than 1/2 the price. Now if the company can work to make the button as futuristic as the idea of a sit stand table. Great product overall.

Very heavy and solid legs. Powerful motor that lifts the pictured 150lb table top up and down with ease. Should be hitting close to 250-280lbs with all my equipment, and this is rated for 320 (why I bought it) so we'll see how it holds up. A few things to note. - the lateral stability is fine, but it's not mean to be pushed around from one end. So don't do it. With everything tightened it has no issue when stationary, only very minor expected wobble. - horizontal (front to back) stability on hard surfaces is quite good, and the leveling feet can be useful, but carpet can be much less stable. Be prepared for small amount of wobble there, especially as you go higher. Lateral braces on the feet for more surface area can solve this if you are handy. - instructions are decent. Take your time to follow them. When it says to leave screws loose for adjustment, please don't leave them loose afterward.... Everything gets tightened eventually. I've got nothing negative to say at this point. Solid product that does what I want it to do for a demanding custom desk.

The motorized legs work very well. The max height is suitable even for the very tall, similarly the lowest settings are also quite low if needed. The presets are fantastic and it came with everything needed to install except for the desk topper and a power drill. You could use a screwdriver but I wouldn't recommend it. The only drawback is there is a slight amount of wobble when you have the desk fully raised and configured with an 8ft topper...but I added roller castor wheels and have the desk on a rug, so that likely has more to do with it. Even then, the wobble isn't enough to to be scart or to knock things off the desk, just make you a little weary. I had some problems with the topper from the same company, but the legs were A+++++

Estoy realmente contento con este frame de escritorio es muy estable, a alturas elevadas se tambalea un poco, pero aun asi es bastante estable, es muy macizo, es pesado y de gran calidad, realmente es uno de los mejores frames que se pueden conseguir por el precio que se paga, estaba entre este y otro pero este es de 3 segmentos y soporta hasta 320 libras, realmente una de las mejores compras que he hecho.

So many standing desk frames to choose from on Amazon.. trying to simplify to just a few was not an easy task. That said, this one was referred to me by a co-worker so I had to trust his judgement. In the end, I'm impressed with the product, the install, the service, and the price. This is a SOLID frame - it's heavy, and currently holding up a Home Depot butcher block @ 72" x 25" and three monitors at 8-10 hrs per day. Mechanism is smooth, four levels to choose from (I only need two), and not noticing any wobble. Installation was a breeze and instructions were decent (not perfect, but decent; there's a YT video that's easier to follow). Registered product and got a personalized response. For $400, I'd recommend to others at this price point. Any downsides? Nothing yet. I believe it was a five year warranty.. sure hoping I get at least that and many years more.

Easy to assemble if you read the instructions carefully. Do a search for "vwindesk video" and you will find a detailed video for this particular item. I screwed a 60 pound massive wood slab as a desktop (36 X 48 inches). I might replace it by a countertop (48 X 96 inches, the maximum width possible). The motors are strong! I set a memory to 30 inches for regular desk work, 36 inches to match an "assembly" desk adjacent to it and 43 inches when I work standing up. I use the fourth memory position at 49 inches to work on small parts. The desk is quite wobbly past 36 inches, but it still feels very solid. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

la verdad es que es de las mejores compras que he hecho, tiene doble motor asi que la funcion de elevacion es bastante rapida en comparacion con otros, pesa un poco, lo que significa que el material es de calidad y muy resistente, se puede hacer mas o menos largo dependiendo el escritorio, en mi caso mi escritorio mide 1.80m y sin bronca, soporta bastante bien el peso, es muy facil de manipular y configurar la memoria para las diferentes alturas que necesites, super recomendadisimo!!

Tardé para decidir mi compra porque estuve revisando diferentes alternativas y la verdad es que hay bastantes en el mercado. Y los precios varían demasiado. Buscaba calidad y precio, y en definitiva lo he encontrado en este producto. Llevo ya 9 meses usando el soporte y sigue impecable. En mi caso, mande a hacer un tablero de 160cm de largo x 70cm de ancho y 2.5cm de grosor, todo encajó perfecto. Los materiales son resistentes, de buena calidad y todo llegó en orden.
