This is the best moisturizer I have found on amazon. It's not greasy, does not burn, has no scent (which for me is a big plus) and feels good on my face. I use it in the mornings after shaving and in the evenigs. A little goes a long way too! It comes with a pump for dispersing the product and I learned quickly that a full pump full is way too much product. The only issue I've had with this is when you have about 20% left, the pump doesn't work so well so save the cap it comes with. I just put the cap back on the bottle and stand it upside down so the product can be more easily used.

I got this for my boyfriend after his old moisturizer ran out. He had been using another natural brand purchased here on Amazon and it worked very well but it was expensive - almost the same cost as this one for half the amount. For the size bottle you get on this one, I think it's a good value at 16 bucks. So far, this one is working well and my boyfriend seems to like it; it has a nice light texture and is unscented. The one thing I will say is this is not as moisturizing as the one he had before and he is still experiencing some forehead peeling. To be fair though, he has dry skin and we are having a very dry winter. I would assume this will work great for the summer or for someone with oilier skin. The main thing I like about this product though is the absolutely stellar customer service. Within a day of the lotion arriving, the seller personally sent an email asking if we were satisfied and had any questions. And they offered us a free bottle, no strings attached! No pushing for a positive review or anything. They were very prompt and courteous in all of their email correspondence and I have no doubt they would quickly make it right if we did have a problem. 5 stars to the company for sure!

It's very heavy, so a little goes forever. It's actually, really, unscented, which is perfect for when I'm in lineman college, surrounded by some pretty tough guys who I'm fairly certain wouldn't really want me to be dosed in heavily fragrant aftershave. I'd feel uncomfortable about that anyway. But I digress. I purchased this at the start of January, in the northwest and it's been miserably cold and part of training requires us to be out in it for a solid four-hour block each day, and please believe me, it's that absolute zero kind of bone-numbing cold, with an angry wind (another digression, yes, but it's illustrative) which seriously dries out my face. Or, I'm sure it would; my hands are cracked and split if that's any indication. This moisturizer has stopped that. I do also like how much healthier my skin looks and feels and as this is the only thing I use, I know it's the catalyst. It is a little for a lot of money, but you absolutely get what you pay for. This is worth it. And, to add one final thought, if you're not drinking enough water and staying hydrated consistently, no amount of any product anywhere will be able to work miracles. Water is good for you.

Looking for a facial moisturizer that's light, unscented, non-greasy and great for summer months? You've found it. This is great for those guys who have tight feeling skin after washing. Also noticed it's great for my combo (dry/oily) skin. Absorbs quickly and leaves face non-shiny. Will buy again!

The lotion itself is great. I've tried a few different lotions and had problems with all of them until I came across this one. It has a great smell to it - not overpowering like some. In fact, this moisturizer doesn't have much of a scent at all. It's not greasy or oily. It absorbs into the skin nicely and leaves the skin feeling smooth and supple. With that said - I was disappointed when I received my second order. They reduced the size from 4 fl oz to 3.5 fl oz. There wasn't much product to begin with and you have to be really aware of how much you use so that you don't burn through the bottle. It already looks like a travel sized bottle it'd be nice if they went the opposite direction and improved the size to 5 oz or at the very least keep it as-is.

The biggest positive: Besides doing a fine job at moisturizing, a little dab goes a long way. I had my 4 oz. bottle of Lather & Wood for OVER 2 YEARS. My skin is oily enough in the summer that I usually don't need anything, but I still use it every day in the winter on my eyes, lips, forehead etc. The downside: Just got my second bottle. They cut the amount by half an ounce of lotion while keeping the price the same. And the new bottle dispensers suck. The pump gives me issues and leaves a crusty chunk in the tip. But I still plan to get other Lather & Wood products. I have the aftershave lotion, which is nice but a little more expensive being in a smaller bottle. Recommend.

I don't know if I was sent a defective bottle, but the pump barely works. I have to hit it 5 or 6 times just to get enough out to apply to 1/3 of my face, therefore it takes 15-20 pumps each time I want to use the moisturizer. It is coming out as more of a very fine mist than a lotion. Disappointed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I was contacted by the company regarding my review about the product (initially 2 stars) and they sent me a replacement bottle for free. I can now safely say that the first bottle I had was a defective pumping mechanism. The second bottle took 4 or 5 pumps to get it started, which is normal. After that with each pump comes out a small, yet adequate supply of lotion (not a mist/spray like the other bottle was doing). Overall I am pleased with the product as it does not cause acne, and does a good job moisturizing. Only recommendation to the company is quality control, as I have no idea how common this is.
