I’d like to see women in the adverts as every photo I’ve seen is a white male. Also people from different ethnic groups. Not just white men. I have no criticism of the product. It’s fabulous. I bought two of these, one green, one blue. They are beautiful, very sturdy, write lovely, really good quality. They also come with a spare refill. Very happy with my purchase. I bought them as gifts and the box they come in is also good quality.

I wanted a personalised pen for a special birthday present. It arrived well before the expected delivery date. A really lovely pen and a stunning colour. Looks and feels like a very expensive pen so well worth the money. After a couple of months I noticed a very small chip on the lacquer and contacted customer services, very quick response and after sending pictures of issue this was resolved by them sending a replacement pen. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend pen and company.

This is a great looking ball point pen which I had engraved for a gift. It feels nice in your hand and it writes lovely. It comes in a nice case with a spare refill. Would recommend without doubt.
