I have been using this product for many years. It softens every type of hair. Mine is very curly and my daughter's is stick straight. It makes any type of hair softer. I use it under a curl styling product. Not sure what is in it to work so well, but when I don't use it, I can tell the difference in my hair texture immediately.

Ever since I was first introduced to this product, I loved it. It made my hair feel soft, and it smells amazing. I like that it works on relaxed and natural hair so me and my sister can share it. I do wish that it was in a bigger container, though. I remembered getting the 16oz for around $10 max at my beauty supply but I can't find it now so I turned to Amazon. Besides the size, the product is great!

Has a nice smell. I use to maintain my synthetic crochet hair. Helps to bring my hair to life and keeps from the hair being dry.

I was conflicted on how to rate this one because the product itself I love. It was the poor delivery that ruined my experience. I only received a 1/4 of the product because of the delivery. Not sure if the package was launched or what happened but the package was received damaged. The lid was off causing the contents to spill inside of the delivery bag and on top the other items that shipped with it. I would really like a full bottle but didn’t know how to request a replacement. Product is great!
