This is not a paid review or a commercial. My mathematics professor told me his wife had similar health issues and recommended I clean out my sinuses. I tried a neti pot and it was really irritating. I tried a cold sinus spray can and boy was that a bad experience. This one was much more gentle for me. Taking care to do things like this take discipline. You get used to it like you get used to brushing your teeth. Cleaning, sanitizing, heating, yes you have to do it all and it can feel annoying but it doesn't take too long and it's worth the effort. I love it! Even if you don't have respiratory or sinus issues, think about all the crud flying up your nose all day!! Don't you want to clean that out?? It really really does you good! I just eat it with a spoon), and train the heck out of myself. I went from taking twenty minutes to jog a mile to running a mile in 10:36 after a year's worth of training and self care.

After my Cat had kittens my allergies went crazy. For a year I was trying different types of pills and cleaning supplies and air filters. Nothing worked, even getting rid of all the kittens. I could never get rid of my older cats as they mean more to me than I can explain. But after a year of suffering I was seriously considering going to the doctor to inquire about sinus surgery or stronger medication and decided I would just try everything I was always nervous to try. Cold medicines helped the most but they became too expensive. This was the cheapest form of "NETI POT" that I could find and decided as a starter kit I would give it a go. The first attempt I was very nervous. I boiled the water first then let it get to lukewarm then mixed the salt and water into the bottle. I followed the instructions and it was just like when your swimming and inhale water, but it did not sting at all, very natural feeling. And I had immediate results. But as I slept that night I had troubles breathing again and did the same procedure that morning. I had troubles breathing all day long and again when I came home did the process again. I wanted to give it a couple of days before I did the procedure again and 4 days later, although I have minimal sneezing and sniffles my condition is 75% better. Not only did this help with my breathing but it also helped with my earaches and my toothaches that were all occurring on the right side of my head, and I have not had a headache since the first time I used it. I never expected the product to solve all of my problems, but what it has done for me was a lifesaver. I hand wash the bottle and rinse immediately after use and for a starter kit I am completely sold and got better results than I thought I would.

Muy buen producto para embarazadas. La congestión suele ser bastante molesta durante el embarazo y esta opción, al ser natural y de uso suave, ayuda muchísimo a aliviarla sin preocupaciones. Se nota el efecto rápidamente y resulta muy cómodo para el día a día. Totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan una alternativa segura y eficaz.

Leide schon seit vielen Jahren unter einer chronischen Nasennebenhöhlenentzündung, die mich mal mehr mal weniger stark beeinträchtigt.Im Laufe der Jahre scheine ich mich sehr daran gewöhnt zu haben, denn der Unterschied nach einmaliger Behandlung ist unglaublich. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, jemals in meinem Leben schon mal so unbeschwert und frei geatmet zu haben. Die Handhabung ist idiotensicher imho; sofern man das Fläschchen nicht mit Gewalt quetscht, läuft die Lösung einwandfrei aus dem anderen Nasenloch, nur gelegentlich minimal davon in den Mund. Habe fürs "Einlesen" und Durchführen keine 5 Minuten gebraucht. Denkt daran, destiliertes oder gefiltertes Wasser bereitzuhalten, alternativ könnt ihr es auch abkochen, damit es frei von Krankheitserregern und Co. und somit bereit für das Vermischen mit dem Pulver ist. Einziger "Kritikpunkt": Bin erst jetzt darauf aufmerksam darauf geworden.
