Staub ストウブ() Two-Handled Pot, ラウンド16cm, Black (Black 19-3911tcx)

Staub products are of excellent quality and design. I use this 6” pan to bake Brie. It had handles on each side for easy and safe handling. I strongly recommend.

This gratin dish is not as deep as I hoped but still a good product. They are shy of 1 1/2 in deep and perfect for single serving dishes out of the oven or put them in the fridge for an hour or so and serve cold salads on them. The cast iron holds the heat as well as the cold. The biggest problem is finding them. Mine were shipped Amazon Global from Great Britain and arrived in great condition, well packed and faster then domestic Amazon shipments do.

I love to cook, and serving food in this Staub makes it look great. I actually don't cook in this Staub myself because it's not very big.

The 28cm (11"x8" oval) is absolutely the perfect size. I have two 24cm (9.5"x7") oval gratins, purchased from the US market but sometimes they're a little too small for roasting veggies and side dishes. Buyers should be aware this item is from either the European and/or Japanese market(s), and, as the listing says, it's not exactly the same. The main difference I see is that it lacks the beautiful greenish-blue smooth enamel finish on the base (the underside), which all of my US market products with the matte black finish have. The photo in the listing showing the bottom led me to think there might just be smooth black enamel on the bottom instead of green, but in fact it is just the same matte finish all over. Functionally I'll be alright since I plan to use it in the oven, however I will definitely have to avoid setting it atop my glass induction range except with a trivet, due to scratching. I have a lot of Staub cast iron, which are my daily go-to induction cookware, so I hope I can remember this piece has to be treated differently regarding the glass. The price was excellent for this item though, as long as you're ok with this. It arrived on time and in perfect brand-new condition with factory packaging. The base finish not being as expected is my only reason for 4 stars. I'm not unhappy with it, I just wish I had understood clearly. (Now you can!)

Excellent ceramic coated cast iron cookware. Nice to cook in and serve. Food stays hot in cast iron.

I love the quality of this pan, but the size is a bit small. Will accommodate only a single egg, and splatters the stovetop when cooking. I tried cooking both over easy and omelet in this pan, and found it was not a good omelet pan, there just isn't enough room for the eggs to spread out. I find it just a little bit too petit for an egg pan, but still love the quality, so will use it for heating up small items., or single serving items. The quality of this pan is why it gets 5 stars from me....I will find uses for it, besides it being an egg pan, for me that is a big fail in it's function

Staub’s products are always so beautiful and such a joy to cook with. I adore the green bottoms on the matte black but Staub has disappointingly gone away from adding this for some newer products. I was pleased when this arrived with the beautiful green bottom.

High quality, but Staub says this is 16cm, but the Staub lids from the 16cm Baby Wok and the 16cm Wa-NABE are too large to fit this as its opening is more like 14cm.

A super quality item. Recommended.

Fast delivery, however, the condition of the baking dish is not up to the standard of Staub. There are some chips and cracks inside and outside of the pot. Have applied for return/refund since this is the last piece of the stock. Very disappointed.

Works well for small roasts, especially if you preheat in the oven. Just right for small household needs.

Sto ancora attendendo sostituzione/reso del prodotto.. tegame inesistente, troppo piccolo.. pensavo ad un diametro decisamente più grande.. chiedo la sostituzione con uno medio/piccolo
