I do not know what these other people are talking about when they say "pleasant", "subtle", or "lemony" taste. No. Absolutely not. The taste is awful, and it does not stir into anything very easily at all. The product is not designed to be easy to mix, or to taste good. The product is designed to be free of unnecessary ingredients, and to provide you with the best quality important ingredients for your post workout, and I believe it does an excellent job of that. I'd buy it again, because I do believe that it helps my muscles. Buy it and see for yourself, but you have to mix the product vigorously for a few minutes before it gets mixed in, and the you have to choke it down. But, it works.

This is, in my opinion, the best all around preworkout. I find most preworkouts falling in three categories. Pump enhancement, focus and energy. Pure pump does the best job at all of these. Some preworkouts give a great pump but lack energy. Some have too much energy. And some have too much focus and energy without much of a pump. This does the best job at giving enough energy, without making me jittery orGiving me trouble sleeping. While giving me a great pump and strength. As soon as I take this I feel the enhanced energy, strength and focus. But it feels natural. Like I got a couple extra hours of sleep. This preworkout ends my search for a perfect preworkout

Love this stuff! It’s clean and effective. No allergic reactions. I only use 1/2 a serving each workout session so one container will last me for months.

Really good quality post workout. Has no artificial sweeteners or preservative. Pretty rough taste compared to other preworkouts, but you get used to it. Overall I love it, goes well with the preworkout

Have ordered this product time and time again! I love it! I'm one to get very sore post-workout especially when lifting weights. I take two scoops of this immediately post-workout and it has helped my recovery time, and piece of mind tremendously. I love that there is absolutely nothing in it other than vitamins. It doesn't have a great taste but I throw a scoop in my mouth, drown it with water and then do the same with the second one. The whole process is over in 10 seconds and then I move on to my recovery shake. I usually get down a protein shake within 30 minutes post workout but I like that I can take this immediately after and get the rebuilding going. It's a little pricey for me but still worth it in my eyes. Will only take one scoop for easier workouts that I don't expect to get sore after.

Hello, so this to me, is an above average product in my opinion and here is why. To me, gym fitness and health go hand in hand. Health is more then just what your body looks like on the outside. So why put any unnecessary substances into my body? "Do Vitamins" on a whole meets my criteria for giving me the extra BCAA's that I need to sculpt and build muscle without putting harmful substances into my body. Sure it doesn't taste the greatest, lol but what are your intentions? To build muscle and be the best that you can be, or will you settle for less because something doesn't taste great? This is a step up in your workout program, in terms of supplementation, and will bring you great results along with your hard work and discipline in the gym and in combination with your diet of course. I say this from personal results in strength gains and muscle growth from this product along with PurePump and PumpPills. This is for "supplementaion" and on its own will not make miracles happen.

Really like this for after my workouts. It doesn't have junk added to it, just what you need.

I can say the effects are great if you don't care about the flavor... I could have read a few reviews before buying. The taste... I don't know if they broke down a stink bug and mixed it with this, but I recommend, don't mix with water. Use any kind of juice... I tried adding sugar, mixing it with protein and still get the same horrible taste... I don't know what to try with next.
