Nice Flip Fops
I am prone to getting plantar faciitis. I bought these because I have had good results with the Walk-Hero shoe inserts. And like the inserts, these flip flops have a break in period. After that they are comfortable with good arch support. I use them around the house and in the yards. My previous flip flops were Oofos which were great for comfort but the toe post broke in about 6 months. The toe post on these is cloth and should last longer. Hoka also makes a flip flop with a cloth toe post but these Walk Hero shoes are half the price. Worth a try!

Comfortable and Supportive for All-Day Wear!
hese men’s sandals with orthotic arch support have completely changed the way I feel about flip-flops! I’ve always struggled to find sandals that are both comfortable and supportive, but these are perfect. The orthotic arch support is a game-changer—it’s like walking on clouds. I no longer experience foot pain or discomfort after a day of walking around, which has been a huge relief for me.The sandals are stylish and versatile, and I love how they can be dressed up or down. Whether I’m at the beach, running errands, or just lounging at home, they’re comfortable enough for all-day wear. The material is lightweight, but the construction feels sturdy and durable. What I appreciate most is the balance between comfort and support. The footbed is contoured to fit the natural shape of my feet, providing the right amount of cushioning and stability. The straps are adjustable, so I can get a snug, personalized fit.If you’re looking for comfortable, supportive sandals that don’t sacrifice style, I highly recommend these. They’ve made a huge difference in my daily comfort, and I’ll definitely be purchasing a second pair!

Better than standard flip flops
I have reoccurring plantars and bought these for potential releief. They were better than standard flip flops but probably could have even more support/bias to do the job better. However these are very comfortable flip flops otherwise and if you are not looking for orthopedic relief, they would be great.

Beware of the Thick Sole
Full disclosure - I'm 70 yrs young, in great shape, and wear sandals everyday, owned these Orthotic Arch Support sandals for less than one month. Be ware of the thick sole-base at the toe-end of this sandal. I've experience a "toe pick" now three times and fell once, and badly sprained my right ankle today. I bought these for the arch support and wanted to try a brand other than the OC's that I've worn for 8 yrs. The OC's rubber bottom sole never wares out - but the upper sole - that your foot comes in contact with - wares out too fast. After trying these Orthotic Arch Support slide sandals, I'm benching them to prevent any further stumbles - the sole cushion at the toe should be tapered and its not - it's the same thickness throughout the sole base. Going back to the OC brand.Update 6 months later - I learned to deal with the thicker soles and have only had one additional trip due to the thicker sole. The bottom of the sole is wearing fairly well I must admit. The top of the sole has a hole that has developed and I'm not sure why. I keep my toenails well-trimmed so it's not me. And, it's only on one of the flip flops so that's a mystery for sure. If you have a high arch - you'll probably like these shoes - they give good, comfortable arch support.

Great sandals for my plantar fasciitis - only buy the Grey one!
Update: Don’t buy black or coffee. Only buy the grey colored sandals. After 4 pairs, I can confidently say they run a little large, so consider buying a size down especially if you’re between sizes.I liked my first pair so much, I bought the black and coffee colors too. HOWEVER, both the black and coffee pairs wore out within a matter of a couple months. The foam compressed to the shape of my feet and no longer provide any support. The year plus old grey pair (my first pair) have held up great in terms for firmness and shape retention. So I bought another pair of greys (half size down from my shoe size) and clearly the grey foam is a higher quality than the black foam that’s used on the other colors. My review will remain at 5 stars, but only for they grey colored sandals. These remain the best sandals I have ever bought. Black and coffee: 1 star.Original Review:As a long time sufferer of PF, I have a hard time finding good footwear. I always take a pair of orthopedic inserts with me when I go shoe shopping, and only look at shoes that have removable (or lightly glued) insoles so I know how they feel when I have my insoles in. It’s time consuming and more often miss than hit, but it works - I find a pair that I like, then usually just keep buying the same pair as I wear them out.I don’t have that option with sandals. Most of the sandals I find in stores are as topographically featureless as an ikea flat pack furniture box, and about as comfortable. These Walk Hero sandals are everything I want. The multi-layer foam provides a lot of cushion for impact absorption, The fabric toe strap is comfortable, and the arch supports look comically tall, but I can spend all day in these without the pain and fatigue I normally get from wearing other sandals. After several months, I can see the top layer of foam starting to wear a little under the outboard ball of my foot (where most of my weight goes) so they might not last more than a year or two, but that may be due to the fact that they felt about a half size too large. Either way, I don’t mind buying another pair, but I’ll likely try one size down.
