is this all wrinkled?

I wouldn't call it "all wrinkled", but it does have a texture - it is seersucker material. I like it, but if you prefer something smooth this may not be the comforter for you.

Is the grey comforter flat or fluffy? And is the color grey and pure white or off white or cream?

It’s flat and it’s pure white……I love mine. Very soft
